Cottage Creek

The Cottage Creek Precinct is the main commercial centre of Honeysuckle. The precinct bustles with more than 2,500 workers in the Hunter Water Corporation head office, the Sparke Helmore building, the PricewaterhouseCoopers building and the HQo building (with NIB Health Funds and GHD) all located in Honeysuckle Drive. The Honeysuckle project has been a significant driver of the provision of new A-grade office space to the city, allowing firms to move into bigger, more modern workplaces which help them attract and retain staff.
