Corporate Governance

As a NSW State Government organisation, corporate governance is the province of a board of directors which reports to the Minister for Planning.

The Director General of the Department of Planning is the Managing Director of the Corporation. The Board sets and oversees the direction of the Corporation by actively participating in strategic planning.

It also provides guidance and oversees the performance of the Corporation’s policies, management and operation.

The Board comprises the Chairman and 8 members. Current Board members were appointed on 27 July 2007. Board meetings are held once a month.
