The NSW Government today launched a Call for Proposals to develop one of the last remaining non-waterfront lots in Honeysuckle.
Minister for the Hunter and Member for Newcastle, Jodi McKay, said the Call for Proposals builds on the recent Expressions of Interest for a new University precinct in Honeysuckle.
“This is an exciting opportunity for another major investment to be made in Honeysuckle precinct,” Ms McKay said.
“The Honeysuckle project is more than two-thirds complete and has successfully transformed 50 hectares of once derelict industrial land into a bustling commercial and residential precinct.
