Honeysuckle's newest residential and recreational area, Lee Wharf 3 recently opened to the public.
The Lee Wharf area is a vibrant mix of residential, commercial, retail, dining and public open spaces situated on Newcastle Harbour.
Lee Wharf 3 consists of 70 luxury apartments, 12 commercial suites, 11 ground floor retail/restaurant spaces and a single-storey glass pavilion.
The restoration of the former Lee Wharf C railway storage shed is underway and will house a boutique bar and restaurant in the future.
Worth Place Park is the focal point of Lee Wharf 3; it’s located right on the water’s edge and houses a nautical public art display. The park is a great place for the whole family to enjoy: kids will enjoy playing in the park and the art display while parents can relax and enjoy the sights of the harbour.
