The majority of the commercial activity at Honeysuckle is centred around the Cottage Creek and Honeysuckle precincts. These areas are being developed as part of the Honeysuckle Development Corporation’s charter to provide around-the-clock activity in the area.

Lot 231: NIB

Progress: Complete.  Tenants include NIB Health Funds corporate headquarters, GHD, Juicy Beans cafe and Jayes Travel.

Cottage Creek Precinct is the last precinct with land remaining for development.

Lee Wharf

Lee Wharf is the project name for the largest area of land released by Hunter Development Corporation and is an extensive and diverse mixture of residential, commercial, retail uses and public domain to be built in five stages.
Progress: Stage 1,2 & 3 buildings complete, including Chifley Apartments.

Investment: $300 million
Jobs: 721 (full-time for one year), 379 in construction, 342 indirectly in a range of sectors
